Cake: made with All Purpose Flour, Cocoa Powder, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Sugar, Vegan Butter, Greek Yogurt, Apple Cider and Vanilla Extract.
Chocolate Frosting: Vegan Butter, Vegetable Shortening, Powered Sugar and Cocoa Powder.
Nutty Coconut Layer: Coconut Milk, Cane Sugar, Vanilla Extract, Coconut Flakes, Pecan Nuts and Salt.

I grew up helping my Mom in the kitchen and my Aunt at her restaurant kitchen. My Aunt Elma made everything from scratch for the restaurant.
When I started my business, I did not want to use box mixes (nothing wrong with that) but from Scratch with Love because I Love what I do. The kitchen is my Happy Place.
I started baking Gluten Free and Vegan after listening to customers stories of not being able to enjoy treats like the rest of us. I vowed after the first story to research these illnesses (staying up until 4 a.m.). It gives me such joy when a customer lights up when they see that I have Gluten and Vegan items and become returning customers.
